Services Available:
Payroll - The payroll feature allows businesses to credit the employees' bank account regardless of where they bank. This feature is great for businesses of all sizes.
Paying Bills - Pay your vendors through the Internet. Once you have setup vendor information, it will be retained for future or monthly payments.
ACH Receipts - Allows businesses to debit customer account for payment or services. Or, allows your business the ability to debit other accounts your business may hold at different financial institutions.
ACH Payments - Send your customers payments for bills or miscellaneous services. They will receive their payments electronically to avoid time delays. This feature is great for reimbursing employees and crediting other company accounts that may be held at another institution.
Wire Transfer Request - Cash Management allows your business to initiate wire transfers. Any wire transfer made by 2:00p.m. on business days will be credited to the receiving party that same day.
Collections - A useful tool for collecting recurring dues or fees from members or customers. Debit multiple accounts at several different institutions at one time.
Sending Files - Your business can send ACH and payroll files via the Internet making it faster and easier to transmit transactions.
Authorize Transactions - A security feature designed to provide dual control. This feature allows different security levels to be established by the company.
Supervisor Functions - Allows business to establish individual rights for each user.
Stop Payments - Allows your employees to place a stop payment online that will be processed during business hours.
