*Checks, in-person withdrawals, ATM or ATR withdrawals or other electronic means that cause your account to become overdrawn may cause your Overdraft Privilege to be advanced. If this occurs, overdraft fees or insufficient item fees will be charged to your account up to $30.00 per incident depending on your account type. Please refer to your original account documents for specific fees and charges. Your account must be in good standing for consideration of overdrafts to be approved by the bank. These conditions may include but are not limited to: deposits must be consistent with past practices, you are not in default on any loan obligation with CoreFirst Bank & Trust, your account has been brought to a positive balance every 30 days or less, and there are no outstanding legal orders on your account. Failure to adhere to these regulations may constitute additional action by the Bank. The amount of overdrafts plus any fees associated with the overdrafts must be paid in full upon receipt of overdraft notice. Please be aware that payment of overdrafts is a discretionary courtesy and not a right or obligation, and CoreFirst Bank & Trust in its sole and absolute discretion can cease paying overdrafts at any time without prior notice of reason of cause. Since overdrafts should never be used to finance ordinary or routine expenses, CoreFirst Bank & Trust provides alternative services to help you with your financial obligations.
