Exciting Changes Coming Soon!

At the end of February, we will be upgrading our main processing system and our debit/credit card processor to make your banking experience even better! These transformations are happening behind the scenes and should not impact you except for some adjustments to branch hours on conversion weekend, February 24th and 25th, 2024.

Online account access and debit/credit card transactions will not be impacted. 

These changes will enable us to provide you with safe, secure, innovative products and services for the future. Your banking experience is our biggest mission!

Upgrade Q&A

  • These changes are mainly behind the scenes and will have no impact on your accounts. We are making these changes so that we can serve YOU better. Your banking experience is our biggest mission.

  • During the upgrade, our branches will be closed on Saturday, February 24th and Sunday, February 25th. Our Experience Center will be open both days with limited functionality in case you need us.

    They can be reached at 1-800-280-0123 and will be available:

    • 9:00AM - 3:00PM, Saturday, February 24th 
    • 10:00AM - 3:00PM,  Sunday, February 25th
  • Yes, your account number(s) will remain the same. Your Visa Debit Card and Credit Card, Internet Banking access, Mobile App access and any automatic payments or direct deposits will not be impacted during this upgrade.

  • Yes. You will be able to use your cards at the ATM, online or at retail merchants just as you normally do. 

  • Yes, but some items will be unavailable when you login. Those items include:

    • Pending transactions
    • Statements
    • Check images within statements
    • Funds transfers (recurring transfers already setup will not be affected)
