• Opt-Out of any/all overdraft products 

Please submit the following authorization to revoke any and all overdraft products on your account. 

• Opt-In on authorization of overdrafts on everyday transactions

Please submit the following authorization form if you want us to authorize and pay overdrafts for which an Overdraft fee will be assessed on ATM and non-recurring debit card transactions.

• Opt-Out on authorization of overdrafts on everyday transactons

Please submit this form to revoke your authorization for CoreFirst Bank & Trust to pay overdrafts at any time by submitting this form, calling 1.800.280.0123 or by writing us at 3035 SW Topeka Blvd., Topeka, KS 66611. Your revocation must include both your name and your account number so that we can properly identify your account.
